I started my musical journey at a young age, singing in the children’s choir of the Paris Opera and taking guitar lessons. Throughout my teenage years, I expanded my skills to bass guitar and singing, and I studied music theory at the conservatory and in a special high school program. I’ve been writing and composing music since I was 13. After high school, I studied music further in Paris and London, earning diplomas as both a singer and session musician.
In 2015, I moved to Berlin and began working on my solo project, Maury111. I taught myself music production in order to release my own songs, and since then, I’ve released three EPs and one album. I’m currently releasing my second album. Over the years, I’ve played more than 50 concerts as Maury111 and more with other projects.
In 2021, I received the Listen to Berlin - Jury Preis from the Berlin Music Commission.
As a producer, I continue to work with a variety of artists, helping them bring their music to life.
More recently, I've expanded into music video direction — working with artists to build a visual world around their music. Having produced the music in many cases, I already understand the emotional DNA of a track before we ever pick up a camera.
